Inspiration

I've never been a painter, but the urge to paint has been creeping in the back of my mind lately. I drew out a few sketches of things I see in my head, but I think I'm just going to go where the wind takes me. I'm off to the art store today to replenish my sad looking arcylic paints.

Here's some videos that really had me laughing and feeling all creative on the inside. You know the fuzzies that creep in your tummy and make you all happy? Yeah, those creative fuzzies get ya.

I'm feeling good about the new year. I took some time off from the world to learn more about me. What makes me happy. It's been a successful journey and I'm still going down the rabbit hole.

Artist that have inspired me lately: Johnny Flynn, Laura Marling, Kings of Leon, Bon Iver, Blue Foundation. Amazing artist I tell you. Especially, that Mr. Flynn. Wow is all I can say.

Saw JCVD and there is this moment of such raw emotion I couldn't help, but feel his pain and frustration. The tears were cleansing.
